2. Which data we process
- Contact form: name, email address, your message and, optionally, your
organisation. You decide what to include in the message.
- Technical data: limited server data needed to serve and secure the site
(such as the IP address in log files).
- Cookieless statistics: we use Plausible Analytics, which collects
aggregated visitor statistics without cookies and without tracking individual visitors.
- Marketing and analytics cookies (only with consent): only if you accept
them through the cookie banner do we load Google tags (Google Tag Manager, with Consent
Mode). If you decline, they are not loaded. Your choice is stored locally in your browser.
3. For what purpose and on which basis
- Answering and following up on your message: necessary for the steps you
yourself request prior to a possible agreement, and our legitimate interest in responding
to business enquiries.
- Operation and security of the website: legitimate interest.
- Cookieless statistics: legitimate interest; no personal profiles are
built.
- Marketing and analytics cookies: exclusively your consent, which you can

We do not share data with third parties for their own purposes. We use processors to run the site:
- Railway (US): hosting of the website and the contact form.
- Resend (US): email delivery of contact form messages.
- Cloudflare: DNS and network services.
- Plausible Analytics (EU): cookieless statistics.
- Google (Ireland/US): only with your consent, for tags via Google Tag Manager.
Insofar as processing takes place outside the European Economic Area, it relies on
appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and,
where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. How long we keep data
- Contact messages: up to two years after the last contact, or longer if an agreement follows or a legal obligation requires it.
- Technical log files: briefly, and only for as long as needed for operation and security.
- Your cookie choice: locally in your browser, until you clear or change it.
